Abstract797)      PDF (1009KB)(827)

Objective To determine the population number and species diversity of Calyptratae flies in Dengfeng Zhongyue Temple scenic spots of Henan province. Methods The biological diversity in the region was studied based on entomological classification principles using relevant approaches. Results A total of 23 species, 14 genus, 8 subfamilies and 5 families of Calyptratae flies were investigated in this region. The Calliphoridae were found to share the highest diversity. Ten species, 6 genus, and 3 subfamilies of flies were investigated, and the species accounted for 43.48% of all captured species around the scenic spots. The diversity indices were obvious different between the Results generated in August, September and October. The highest number of flies was present in September with however the lowest Simpson index, Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou index and highest dominance index. No difference was found in the diversity indices between August and October. Conclusion The Calyptratae flies had relatively rich species diversity in Dengfeng Zhongyue Temple scenic spots of Henan province. The Results provided fundamental data for fly prevention and control in the region.

Abstract1413)      PDF (985KB)(1235)

Objective To understand the infestation situation of major vectors in public places in Henan for the provision of a scientific basis on which the measures for the control and prevention of the vectors in public places in the area were developed. Methods Survey of the infestation situation of major vectors in the area was implemented in four types of public places including hotels, restaurants, schools and medical facilities. Both Powder-spot method and rodent trace method were used for the surveillance of rodent, with sticky-paste method for cockroach, eyeballing method for flies, labor hour method for adult mosquito and container index method for mosquito larvae and pupae. Results With the powder-spot method and rodent trace method, the positive rate of rodent were 5.23% and 4.02% respectively. The positive rate per room for cockroaches was 11.97%, with an average of 8.81 cockroaches per room in the positive rooms, being highest in the restaurants. The positive rate room for flies was 22.38% with an average of 2.43 flies per room in the positive rooms, being highest in the restaurants. The adult mosquito density was 6.49/(man·hour)with Culex pipiens pallens being the dominant species. The positive rate of mosquito larva and pupae was 19.06%. Conclusion It is seen that only the average number of flies in the positive room meets the standards and all the other major indexes were beyond the acceptable limits, indicating that the infestation situation of important vectors in public palaces in Henan was serious, and great importance should be attached to the control and prevention of vectors in public palaces in Henan.

Abstract1854)      PDF (318KB)(1202)

【Abstract】 The necessities, constraint factors and sustainable development strategy of vector control were discussed, which will provide the reference and instruction for the management of public health emergency, the guarantee of public health and the building of harmonious and sustainable development society and make the vectors density be the low level that can’t cause health problem in a long time.

Abstract737)      PDF (918KB)(615)
This study is based on the examination of 20 skeletons of ochotona the results shows that: The pelvis appendges in two species of ochotona exist sigificant difference with test(t=5.28>4.221=t0.00118 P<0.001) Ochotona pallasi length of the pelvis is one point seven(1.7)times as much as width of the pelvis while the latter is one point five(1.5).Strengthening of the sacroiliac articl1lation in ochotona daurica,The arcus ischiatic indes of ochototona daurica are more than ochofona Pallasi. The average index of ochotona daurica are 139.02.The average index are 91.02.In explanation of arcus ischial in ochotona daurica is deeply.
